Pricing

Priced around your practice.

A single-room studio and a four-location group with twelve injectors are not the same business, and a published tier would be wrong for both. Tell us how yours runs and we'll come back with a real number.

How we price

Three things move the number.

No per-message surprises, and no charging you more every time you hire a receptionist.

Locations

How many clinics are on the system. Each one gets its own calendar, its own business number, its own settings and its own reporting scope.

Providers

How many people are being booked. That's what drives calendar volume, message volume and the work the system actually does — not how many staff log in.

What you switch on

Some practices want the inbox and the waitlist and nothing else. Some want ADA answering the website at midnight. You pay for the parts you run.

Always included

Whatever the number
ends up being

Every plan includes these. You shouldn't pay extra to use your own patient data.

  • Unlimited staff accounts. Add your whole team. Permissions decide what each person sees, not your invoice.
  • The ModMed integration. The sync is the product. It isn't a premium add-on.
  • Hands-on onboarding. We configure it with you — services, providers, automations, templates — rather than sending a checklist.
  • Your data, exportable. Patients, leads and appointments export to CSV whenever you want, including if you leave.
  • Support from people who built it. There is no tier where you get a better human.

Six questions.

Enough for us to give you a real number rather than a range.

If it isn't ModMed, say which in the box below — it's the first thing we need to know.

We'll only use this to reply to you. No sequences, no list.

Questions

About pricing.

Because we'd be guessing. The practices we've built this for range from one room to several sites, and publishing a tier means either overcharging the small ones or underserving the large ones. Six questions about your actual setup, and you get a real number.

No. Per-seat pricing punishes you for giving your team the tools, and in a clinic that means front-desk staff sharing a login — which is bad for security and bad for your audit trail. Add everyone.

Texting has a real per-message carrier cost, so we'll be explicit about how that's handled in your quote rather than burying it. What we won't do is meter the product so that using it properly becomes expensive.

Connecting your ModMed tenant, importing services and providers, setting up your business number, and configuring the automations and templates you want live on day one. We do it with you rather than handing over a checklist, and it's included.

Your patients and appointments live in ModMed, which is yours regardless. Everything Grow Theory adds — leads, conversations, campaign history — exports to CSV on demand, including on the way out.
