This website
If you fill in the demo or pricing form, we collect what you type — your name, practice, work email, phone if you give it, and what you tell us about your practice. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation. We don't add you to a marketing sequence off the back of a demo request, and we don't sell or share it.
Patient data in the product
This is governed by the agreement between your practice and us rather than by this page. In that relationship your practice is the controller of its patients' information and we process it on your instructions. How the system isolates, encrypts and logs that data is set out on the security page.
Grow Theory is HIPAA compliant, and we execute a Business Associate Agreement with every practice we work with.
